ABOUT ROS

Empowering individuals across WA to reclaim independence, define their own recovery, and live with choice, dignity, and support.

About Pop'In Health & Recovery

Pop’In Health & Recovery is a Western Australian-owned practice created by Ben Turner and Elita Kirk to make healthcare, mental health support and disability services easier to understand, access and put into action.

We bring together independent nurse practitioner healthcare, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, NDIS Support Coordination and practical capacity-building support through clearly defined professional pathways.

Our Story

Healthcare and recovery support are often delivered through separate and disconnected systems. A person may receive a diagnosis, treatment plan, referral or NDIS plan but still be left to work out what happens next, who to contact and how to turn professional recommendations into meaningful changes in everyday life.

Ben and Elita created Pop’In Health & Recovery from a shared belief that people deserve more than information handed to them on a page. They deserve clear explanations, informed choices, practical assistance and support that respects the whole person.

Elita brings independent nurse practitioner assessment and clinical care. Ben brings extensive experience in psychosocial recovery, disability services, NDIS implementation and practical capacity building.

Together, they have created a service where healthcare and recovery support can remain professionally separate while still working collaboratively when this benefits the person and they have provided informed consent.

Two areas of expertise

Pop’In is led by two partners with different but complementary areas of responsibility.

Elita leads all regulated healthcare, clinical assessment, treatment and medication-related services. Ben leads Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, Support Coordination, capacity building, NDIS implementation and the operational management of the practice.

Each partner remains accountable for the services they personally provide. Appointments, professional decisions, records and invoicing are kept clear, and no person is required to access one Pop’In service to qualify for another.

Where coordinated support would be helpful, Ben and Elita may work together with the person’s consent and share only the information necessary to support safe and effective care.
